What you are saying is true, this isn’t a “Do any two actions during your turn” type of power. Moreover, widespread use of this across multiple skills, will begin to clutter up your game and interfere with graphics (which I don’t completely understand) which players can see for themselves once they start playing with it. I suggest at most adding it to 1 class skill in each character build. I’ve played with it added to both inspiring cry, and battle heal on the crusader, and it made playing with the crusader much more lively. Skills that otherwise might be skipped, suddenly become attractive if they can be used “for free” every game round.
