I’m looking for a way to make a skill hit one target guaranteed, but have a random chance of hitting other targets as well (like the fish shaman’s stress wave, which apparently and unfortunately doesn’t appear to work for player skills). would I have to somehow queue two effects (one for the single target, and then automatically use the random followup?)
how would you do that?
Hmm.. I hope to make that too.. but not sure if possible. Since targeting all are control not by the effect, but by the attack (atleast for the enemies)
