Ok so I have one hell of a situation. Basically as I was modding I added new skins and new classes. Somehow along the way I must have done something to buffing, bleed and blight abilities because now in game all my bleed, blight, and buffing abilities do nothing, except their basic dmg’s if they do dmg. All my other abilities are perfectly fine so I have NO IDEA how this occurred, I may have a slight idea how it happened but until I test my theory I may have just fucked up the game? XD How do I fix it?

It sounds like either the buffs or effects file is corrupted somehow. I’d backup your existing changes so you don’t lose all your progress/work (including your saved estates) then delete/reinstall the game from scratch. Then – using a diff tool – I’d go over the buffs/effects file and see where the missing comma or bracket/brace/quote is located because that is most likely your problem. 
In case you’re not using a diff tool – SVN tortoise comes with one and I think Meld is another great option. This will allow you to examine two files side by side showing the differences between them (highlighted different colors) to really drive home what’s different. It has saved me literally days/weeks worth of modding in this case since updates are so frequent.
