A new day, a new adventure! (No worries though, school’s about to start again soon so no more feedback flood from me D:)
Medium Veteran Cove
The first one isn’t anything special. But nicely shows how the different dungeons do in fact differ. Stress is almost a non-issue in the Cove whereas the damage output of the fish-spear-thingies is high enough to threaten Death’s Door regularly. The Warrens feel like the opposite: damage is rather low but you get a lot of stress/disease thrown around. Cool diversity.
This one, on the other hand, was intense. Shit got real in the first room. And it nicely shows how certain parties can have a lot more difficulties with specific encounters than others. My regular Crusader-heavy line up would’ve laughed at the whole run, while the shown line up was really really struggling. Pretty cool run all in all.
Some stuff that I noticed in the Weald run (the numbers in the brackets indicate the time in the video):
[3:30] Confusion Spores hit but no one gets shuffled around. I’d assume that on a successful hit at least one shuffle would take place.
[14:25; 34:00; 42:35; 44:05; 52:30] Different heroes get healed for different amounts by the same group heal even though no one has any different healing affecting (de-)buff. Why? Often times the same characters in the same fight get healed for the same amount as the others again just a round later even though no effect has ended/been applied.
[40:20] The PD stress barks for a single point of stress. Intended?
And in general: the bonuses from the Houndmaster’s dog biscuit seem a bit off. The Accuracy and Crit% are fine, but +25% damage is completely negligible because all of his attacks come with a hefty -dmg% malus. Maybe turn it into a +Bleed% buff? Or +Speed? Or something else that the Houndmaster’s skills would actually benefit from.
Other than that: it’s possible to run the Houndmaster as the only stress healer. But it’s hard. Way harder than when you run a Crusader.
Soon Champion Dungeons! Woo!
